For our wedding in 1996, friends and family contributed panels for a memory quilt, around the following theme.
"...for love is as strong as death
passion fierce as the grave
Its flashes are glimmers of fire,
a raging flame
Many waters cannot quench love,
neither can floods drown it."
The work was pieced together by Yvonne Dykstra, and quilted and bound by Marj Kuningus. Panels which did not make the cutoff date have been included underneath.
